June Harvest Batch
Ganeshpura Farm, Sariska, Rajasthan
We don't store stock. We grow black wheat on our farm near Sariska and mill it after you enroll — not before. This is how flour should work.

Anthocyanins
Black wheat contains 3× more anthocyanins than regular wheat — the same antioxidants found in blueberries and purple cabbage. This is why the grain has a deep blue-black colour.
Lower glycemic potential
The higher fibre and bran content of black wheat contributes to a lower glycemic response compared to refined or even standard whole wheat flour.
Stone-ground, same week
We use a chakki on the farm and grind only after orders are placed. There is no bulk pre-grinding, no sitting in warehouses. The aroma difference is immediate.
Common questions
When exactly will I receive my pack?
We aim to dispatch all June batch packs by the last week of June. Once dispatched, delivery is typically 3–6 days depending on your city. We'll share tracking on WhatsApp.
Do I pay now?
No. Enrolling here just reserves your slot. We'll discuss pricing and payment on WhatsApp — no upfront payment is required to hold your place.
Which cities do you ship to?
We ship pan-India. Deliveries to Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, and other major cities go via courier. If you're in a remote pincode, we'll confirm delivery availability on WhatsApp before you commit.
What's the difference between grain and atta?
Atta is stone-ground flour, ready to make rotis directly. Grain is the whole black wheat kernel — for those who prefer to grind it themselves or want to explore it as a grain. More detail at The Black Wheat Co. page.
